it was ok. didn't have the pizazz of flavor I was hoping for. did go really well with the spanish rice i made though. might have had better flavor if I would've marinated it for awhile prior to cooking.

Turned out very tasty. Ended up using a Mexican seasoning pack which added a bunch of flavor.

Nice easy dish, modified it a little by adding some sweet peppers and sweet potato to bulk it oit a bit
