Great! My friend had given me her recipe for Mexican soup but I lost it. I looked at the different recipes until I found one that had ingredients I remembered from my friend's recipe, this was closest. Everyone in my family enjoyed it. We will finished up the tasty leftovers tonight.

this is 5 stars. I served it when my niece who follows a gluten and dairy free diet was visitong. I dont like a lot of hest so i used mild Tabasco sauce and cut back just a little on the chili powder. The end result was flavourful and filling. I served gluten free tortilla chips on the side. Iwill definately make again and maybe try with ground chicken to lower the fat content.
