  • 14 ounces haricot beans (can, yankee/, rinsed and drained)
  • 2 ounces diced tomatoes (cans, with juices)
  • 10 peppadew (® Piquanté Peppers, chopped, mild or hot)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cup long grain rice
