    I added corn, green chilies & black beans. It was great. The combinations are many to make this dish different.

    It was good... a two day meal with seconds wanted... I will make again, it’s like a taco base for me because I added it to a taco bowl and made it like a taco. Delicious. I made it again and FYI please don’t forget the taco seasoning

    It’s great added all ingredients including black beans, olives, Mexican blend canned tomatoes Plus salsa verde de molcajete With a touch of tapitio sauce Warm but very tasty

    This turned out fabulous. I used 1 can of stewed tomatoes since that’s all I had, I cut them up and add them to the meat mixture. Then 1 can of Bush’s black bean fiesta and I used the Vigo Mexican rice with corn. The flavor was amazing and my youngest picky daughter loved it. Most of the family ate it with a side of Doritos and some put the slice of casserole in a soft tortilla. Definitely a recipe book keeper.Note one side of my casserole has light cheese for my other picky eater 😏😯😊

    This was so good. I’ll definitely me making it again To make it go further I added chopped onion ,peppers and fried corn and a can of black beans. I used Monterey cheese

    We enjoyed the casserole! If you like Mexican food, you should really like this dish!! There’s just 2 of us, so we’ll have some great leftovers.

    Easy to make but I added salsa to the rice and mild chili’s, some beans and corn to the meat I think it needed more flavor but still good. Next time I’ll increase the taco seasoning and add cumin. A keeper.

    Great but I added fire roasted tomatoes, can of chilies didn't have the other. Added granulated garlic, onions and seasoned pepper to the meat. My husband had seconds will be making it again.

    I added homemade salsa instead of the tomatoes - it was great! Family loved it - quick easy dish! I'll make it again.

    Really good I added 3xs the taco seasoning and added copied cookies, peppers, and onions. It was a hot! Everyone loved it!!!!

    i had some alot left over rice so decided to make this simple but delicious meal. i used lima beans since thats what my husband likes,and made my own taco seasoning. will do it again. it was easy and simple to make

    amazing! i tweeked it some but it was awesome! i used 1/4 c enchilada sauce and 2 tbs garlic. i also used uncle bens wild rice instead if white rice- YUM!

    Easy to make and tasty. depending on your taste you may want to add some hot sauce

    When you get down to it, this is just hamburger and rice with cheese on top. It looked bland and boring in the baking dish, so I added enchilada sauce, red kidney beans, and olives, and used fiesta blend cheese instead of just cheddar. It was alright, but still didn't have much flavor. But it wasn't terrible.
