    Made only the rice because had chicken to cook, not ground beef. Substituted parsley for cilantro & beef broth for chicken broth, but rice was phenomenal. Couldn't stop nibbling on it while finishing chicken (used Chicken Fajita Rice Bowl recipe from Yummly for chicken). Lime is the key for this rice. Will make it with ground beef soon.
