    i did not like this recipe . It had to much of tomato flavor and the rice was over cooked. i followed the exact instructions. Very disappointed

    First time making Mexican rice. My husband is huge food critic so I was nervous about how this would come out. We absolutely loved it!! The only thing I did different was at also add a few slices of fresh lime as garnishing at the end. My husband gave this rice a 10/10!! Will definitely be making this again!

    This side dish turned out great!! Will definitely make this dish again. Great with thin sliced flank steak with fried black beans. DELICIOUS!!!
