    Easy. Good flavour. I added some heat with some pickled jalapeño

    Really good added a little more garlic. I would toast the rice first since it takes longer to brown the rice than it does to cook the onion down. Left it without the veggies as we were having it with Red Chile. Will definitely keep the recipe and use again.
