A easy Mexican rice to make and good flavors I added a little hot sauce and used fresh salsa will definitely make again

This is one of my favorite side dishes now. It's so easy and so flavorful! I use brown rice instead of white to make it healthier and just adjust the time accordingly.

Awesome, no changes ,made enough for two meals one of my favourites,I will try with a little more heat next time
