Delicious and easy first time making it as instructed. Will tweak the next time for different recipes.

Good Mexican rice!!! Didn't add knorr's
It's too salty, and added some Cajun seasoning. Used mild rotel tomatoes .
We liked this rice in fajitas, will make this again !
