- 1 large garlic clove (minced, I use a microplane to quickly mince the garlic, just watch your fingers!)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 3 pinches salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 poblano peppers
- 1 bell pepper (sweet, preferably yellow)
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 6 green onions (white ends cut off)
- 1/4 cup chives (or a large handful of, equivalent or 1 standard clamshell pack)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (or a 1/2 a large bunch of, and stems, equivalent to about 1/2 of bunch sold unpackaged at a grocery store, or 3-4 standard clamshell packs)
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 pieces citrus (– lemon or lime or mix)
