- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/8 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. oil
- 3 banana peppers (or peppers of choice, cut lengthwise into 4ths and sliced, about 3-4 Tbl.)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 14.5 oz. corn (well-drained)
- sour cream (Key Lime-Ranch, Dip:)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (creme fraiche, or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp. key lime juice (bottled is fine, I use Nellie and Joe's)
- 1 tsp. seasoning mix (dry Ranch Dip)
