- 7 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
- 4 cups tomato paste
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 10 cans pinto beans (OR chili beans)
- 1/8 cup chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 3 lb. corn chips
- 6 lb. cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions
- Brown fresh pork and drain off grease.
- Add the tomato paste, water, onions, beans and seasonings to boil.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Serve 1/4 cup mixture over 1.25 oz. Corn chips and top with 2 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese.
