    I altered it a bit but it turned out great. I skipped the tomato sauce as Im not big on red sauces besides spaghetti sauce. Instead, I cooked the meat and rice seperately and then mixed the rice and meat in skillet before adding in taco seasoning and water to simmer. I threw in some extras like tomato at the last swcond and then added cheese and a dab of sour cream on my plate.

    I added a handful of shredded cheddar & a packet of taco seasoning. It turned out great!

    Needed a little more flavor so I added sharp white cheddar cheese & seasoned black beans.
