Absolutely delish - definitely going into my favorites folder
Excellent! Doubled the recipe because dishes like this are usually even better the next day, and I like leftovers.

Wife and I really enjoyed this. I used Jasmine rice and had to cook for about 10 mins longer. I also added more salt and black pepper at the end, to taste. It was a bit bland, otherwise. If you want spicy, add more cayenne pepper. The recipe is right, the rice and other ingredients does a great job balancing the “spicy” out of the cayenne.
    Awesome!! Making it again tonight

I made it without cheese (because my BF doesn’t eat cheese) but it was still delicious and very easy to make. I used basmati rice and it took me five minutes longer to cook. Will stay standard in my menu!

It was really good. Needed more salt and I added the spices right after adding the meat so it could absorb into the meat

Tasty! I didn’t have black beans so I used red beans and it’s still so delicious. Thanks for the recipe!
