Delicious. Made it exactly as directed and it was great. Paired with cilantro lime rice and sweet mango slaw Yum!

Fabulous! I made this for a party so I doubled the recipe for all ingredients, but I quadrupled the tomatoes in the fresh corn salsa. Scales up very well. Yummy!
