- 2 heads romaine lettuce (chopped)

- 1 cup black beans (cooked, rinsed + drained if using canned)
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh grilled)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 3 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
- 1 avocado (pitted + sliced)

Took me an hour to cook, and chop everything. It needs a separate sauce, I don't care for the odd Mexican spice oil on everything. After all that I'm not going to finish the salad.
