- 1 sweet pepper (medium yellow, cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1/2 cup soybeans (frozen shelled sweet, edamame, cooked according to package directions)
- 1/2 cup no salt added black beans (canned, rinsed and drained)
- 1 lime (cut into thin wedges)
