Everyone ate it and it looked just like the picture! We did eat it with over easy/sunny side up eggs. I did double the couscous because it didn’t seem like that would be enough food for 3 adults and 2 children. So I increased the tomato sauce (I used that instead of tomato purée) and the vegetable stock. Would definitely make again!
