- 1 cup milk (I like to use Almond Breeze)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 dash salt
- sausages (Breakfast crumbles, I use 4 small vegan breakfast patties and tear them into pieces.)
- 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese (Shredded, I use dairy free cheese)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
