This was so awful. Sour and terrible. I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. Do not recommend.

This recipe for the Mexican coleslaw is absolutely outstanding. Goes well with sopitos , tacos 🌮 ,enchiladas and tamales. A great side salad. Thank you

Two words Yum Mee!! Added some green onion and used sesame oil instead of canola. Also used stevia instead of sugar.

Delicious! I love the texture of slaws but dislike mayonnaise. This was a great side dish to lighten some cheese-heavy mex main dishes. I wish it kept better. The flavor became overpowering after a day or two I the fridge.
