  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (if there is none in the mix)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa (I used Hershey’s Special Dark)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup flour
