Only put one teaspoon of paste in as my partner doesn’t like hot/ spicy food. And just before dishing out I thought the sauce needed thickening so added a little flour. Other than that followed the recipe. Very tasty, quick easy to make. Would recommend.

Made with boneless legs instead, for the rest I followed this recipe. Absolutely delicious, a bomb of flavours: smokey, sweet, spicy, tangy. Lovely.
