    Yum!!! Used a bit more chicken (just had a bigger package of tenders on hand) and cooked it at 375 for 40 minutes. Also used a packet of taco seasoning I had rather than mixing it, one half a large onion instead of a whole, and added two cloves of chopped garlic.

    It was really tasty easy prep and clean up. It came out a bit too liquidy so maybe I need to drain the tomatoes and peppers better next time.
