Another winner. Use two pounds of ground chicken to save time. Tastes delicious and doesn't lose anything reheated as leftovers. Makes way more than the four portions stated on yummly, we will likely get a minimum of eight out of it.

turned out great. used a Mexican rice kit and it worked well - rice was just a touch undercooked, but i think that's more about operator error than anything else. would definitely recommend.

i enjoyed it 😊.. it reminds me of enchiladas! i added tomato bouillon with chicken flavor and pepper to taste and it came out great

Very simple, I used fresh onions and added some mushrooms as well. Fresh cilantro and avocado on top of this really helped top off the dish.

Delicious! I would add some spinach to it next time. Would be great with chips.

So easy and delicious! The rice is fluffy and the sour cream added a nice tang. This will definitely be one of my go-to recipes!
