Very good, has a nice kick to it with the jalapeño and pinch of cayenne. I used frozen cauliflower rice and bell peppers, jarred diced jalapeños and two cans (14.5 oz each) of diced tomatoes. Used Traeger to cook instead of the oven. It would be good as a dip for tortilla chips too!

I was skeptical, but my 14 year old and I split this whole batch tonight! For him to eat cauliflower rice is nothing short of a miracle 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 I added smoked paprika as well, left out bell peppers and jalapeño.

It turned out well. It was easy to make and had nice flavors. I did add smoked paprika.
