    Easy, quick, flavorful, and made mostly with ingredients already in the kitchen. I halved the oil & vinegar, and there was still plenty of “dressing” for my liking. Also used apple cider vinegar because it’s what I had. Yum!

    Great, loved it ! Clean fresh tasting, enjoyed the cilantro and no mayonnaise, perfect for me, yum I’m sure to make it often
