- 210 mL milk
- 2 packets bakers yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 60 grams butter
- 350 grams ground meat (ground beef 5%)
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow peppers
- 1/2 green pepper
- 250 grams tomato purée
- 3 Tbsp. Mexican seasoning mix
- grated Gruyère cheese
- salt
- pepper
- milk
- 6 seeds

Directions
- In the bowl of your food processor with the dough blade, mix the flour and the salt. Mix the yeast with some warm milk (about ½ cup) and add to the flour.
- Add the remaining milk and the egg, continue kneading until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the soft butter (cut into cubes) and continue to knead well to incorporate: the dough should be elastic, smooth and not sticky.
