This is my favourite bean salad and the only one I make on a regular basis. The flavours are fantastic together and nice and spicy. One star off only because it calls for wayyy to much liquid - even half the amount is too much. Don't add more than 2 tbsp of any one thing and try to match the ratios to the recipe.

tasty and filling. I only needed half of the dressing, and it's better to add the cilantro at the end instead of mixing it with the dressing.
