- 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 tsp. cornflour (/cornstarch)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 meringue nests (shop bought, I got mine from Waitrose)
- cream (Squirty, to fill the middle of the nests – about 1.5tbsp per nest)
- 8 raspberries
- 4 strawberries
