Moist and tender. Had a much bigger piece of brisket so I tripled the recipe. Cooked it in a slow cooker for 9 hours.

Was great! I added canned diced potatoes which added some bulk and we were both stuffed. Hubs took leftovers to work for lunch today 😁

Another winner from Yummly! Added celery and a can of diced tomatoes. Clean plates all around. Great for a Sunday family meal.
