The flavor was good and it had the right thickness, however I had a bit of an issue with the texture that the walnuts lend to the smoothie. This was the first time that I have used nuts in a smoothie, so perhaps I just wasn't "ready"! :)
I only had cantaloupe on hand and chose to use that. I took the advise of another who rated this and I used only 2T of walnuts as opposed to the recommended 1/4 C that the recipe calls for.
I will say this... I did use a Ninja Master Prep food processor which is NOT an actual high speed blender (Don't have one just yet) and that could very well have played a part in the walnut "texture" issue that I experienced.
All in all, I believe I would make this again, perhaps minus the walnuts and instead source my Omega-3 fatty acids for this smoothie from flax seed.
P.S.... This recipe says it makes 1 serving. I DEFINITELY got TWO absolutely full 14-16 oz. servings! (Then again, I DID add roughly 2T of Greek Yogurt... But, I'm pretty sure 2T doesn't add up to 14-16 oz!) Just so you know, incase you were wanting a true single serving and are perhaps unable to refrigerate the rest or simply don't want more than you need for that moment! :)

This was a really good recipe. I did do some modifications with it however. I used frozen honeydew melon, only 2 TBS of walnuts and used unsweetened almond milk. This brought the calories down to 245. It was super yummy. I found this searching for something to do with my left over honeydew melon that I had thrown in the freezer. Def a keeper.
