- 1 lb. mozzarella balls (I used half of a ginormous Costco-sized package of individual servings that each had three mozzarella balls in them)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped, plus a few leaves for garnish)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
