- 8 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cups oat bran (I didn’t use this)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pepitas (roasted salted, my addition)
- 1 cup chopped almonds (finely)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (finely)
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup vegetable oil (I used extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups raisins (or sweetened dried cranberries, I used dried apricots and raisins)
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest (more or less of, ., my addition)
