- 4 potatoes (medium yellow-flesh, skin-on, each cut into 6 wedges)
- 2 chorizo sausages (dried, cured, each about 70 grams, cut in 1/2-inch slices)

- freshly ground black pepper
- fresh parsley (• coarsely chopped, to taste)
- 6 lemon slices (or wedges, for squeezing, optional)
