I substituted the 2 tablespoons of olive oil for olive oil based mayo and it was great!!

yummmm!!! this was super easy and soo delicious! what a great alternative to a lot of the heavy keto recipes. definitely taking this to lunch (hopefully, no one try to "taste" it.. ) lol.
