- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. aleppo pepper
- 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
- extra virgin olive oil (I used Private Reserve Greek EVOO)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (about 28 g)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup white wine (or you can use water or low-sodium broth, if you prefer)
