- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup cucumber (peeled, sliced and cut into quarters, like small chunks)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and halved)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers (chopped, see paragraph above if you don't know what they are!)
