Made this for 2020 Labor Day. 5 adults loved it. I added diced red pepper because I almost always add a pepper. Smoked it in a Weber grill. I didn’t keep track of the time, used a thermometer and took it out at 161 degrees, while it set, it raised 2 more. Made the stuffing a day ahead so I could enjoy my guests.
