Loved this! Super simple and squash is so delicious. I just used normal baby tomatoes and feta since I had them, both were fine substitutes. I also didn’t use Rosemary and it was still flavoursome

It was delicious! I made it with another Mediterranean dish & both were a big hit for dinner. I substituted the cheese with feta & it turned out great. Very satisfied with this salad.

This was lovely, full of flavour and easy to make. The recipe says it's enough for 4 people, however, I found it only makes enough for 2 (as a lunch). Will definitely be making again, but doubling the recipe.
