Turned out great.
I variated.
used and followed, except.
used Basmati
Choped 14oz fresh tomatoes from garden
Used 3 cups chicken broth.
Lots and lots fresh parsley and basil.
For finishing, added about 15 cut in half cherry tomatoes, about 20 pitted, halved kalamata olives.
next time Im going to add another can of beans. Another time im going to use couscous instead of rice.

Good base but very bland as the recipe calls - I added herbs and paprika and it turned out good- not sure I would do it again
