- 2 handfuls greens (your favorite, {I suggest kale, arugula or spinach or a combination})
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese ({optional})
- 1 handful fresh mint (chopped)
- 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. spice (you like {try sumac, za'atar or oregano}, optional)
- crushed red pepper (for extra spice)
