  • 2 handfuls greens (your favorite, {I suggest kale, arugula or spinach or a combination})
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese ({optional})
  • 1 handful fresh mint (chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
