- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped, I used sun-dried tomatoes in oil and drained)
- 1/3 cup olives (pitted and sliced or roughly chopped)
- 1/3 cup marinated artichokes (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup chives (minced)
- 3 cups baby arugula (loosely packed, 2-3 handfuls)
- 1/2 cup feta (cubed, or you could crumble, if you prefer)

Easy and delicious! I made it just as it said. Will definitely be added to my rotation.

Went Really well added in extra salt, and lemon chicken which added extra flavor. I had to sub the red wine vinaigrette for balsamic and still turned out excellent
