    Absolutely loved it. Cooked the pasta in chicken broth. Added chicken and mushrooms as well as feta cheese. Will be making again.

    This was super delicious but next time I will use a different pasta. The spaghetti noodles didn't grab the veggies good.

    I've made it a couple of times and really like it. Used bowtie pasta, which is not my favorite but it was the only wheat pasta I could find. Picked up some linguine noodles yesterday and will try with those. I'm enjoying these recipes!

    It was fabulous. Made it for my grandson’s family (vegetarians), and they loved it. Will definitely become a part of my repertoire. Tried to rate five stars but only four came up.

    PHENOMENAL recipe. I did doctor mine up with chicken, kalamata olives and capers, but it was fantastic. Using the juice from the kalamata olives really took it over the top. Note this is more of a coated pasta rather than a sauce.

    Loved it! I added more pasta than it called for and added more red pepper flakes because I like spicy foods. Also used regular pasta, not wheat. This had great flavor!

    I personally loved it. Creamy, tangy, with a hint of garlick. But my family not so much since theyre both not used to Mediterranean food which i grew up on or whole wheat pasta, but overall great healthy dish. Topped it off with some whole sardines and tofu. yummy 😋.

    Good didn’t find capers at Weis. Made it without. Could use a LITTLE more pasta just like 2 oz more maybe. It’s enough to feed 2 ppl.

    This recipe was the center of my first real attempt at making a full dinner from scratch, and it turned out great. I had added a bit too much pasta because the sheer volume of vegetables made me skeptical at first (should have just followed the recipe), but it still tasted (and looked) amazing. Will be making it many times again.
