    Loved it! I added more pasta than it called for and added more red pepper flakes because I like spicy foods. Also used regular pasta, not wheat. This had great flavor!

    I personally loved it. Creamy, tangy, with a hint of garlick. But my family not so much since theyre both not used to Mediterranean food which i grew up on or whole wheat pasta, but overall great healthy dish. Topped it off with some whole sardines and tofu. yummy 😋.

    Good didn’t find capers at Weis. Made it without. Could use a LITTLE more pasta just like 2 oz more maybe. It’s enough to feed 2 ppl.

    This recipe was the center of my first real attempt at making a full dinner from scratch, and it turned out great. I had added a bit too much pasta because the sheer volume of vegetables made me skeptical at first (should have just followed the recipe), but it still tasted (and looked) amazing. Will be making it many times again.

    Full of flavor - this was delicious and quick to make. I used feta and Greek olives instead. This is a keeper.

    Don't let the number of ingredients scare you off for this dish came together very quickly from start to finish. I used Linguini made from Hearts of Palm for my noodles instead of the wheat pasta. I added Asparagus and sauteed Shrimp to make this the perfect Keto meal. I love, love this quick busy night meal!

    I have made something similar to this, but use Kalamata olives and Feta cheese. Also some sun-dried tomatoes in oil adds a nice flavor.

    I've never left a recipe review anywhere before. I'm usually a big time meat eater. I'm starting to eat more vegetarian breakfast and lunches. This is an amazing meal! Simple and so tasty! This is going into my weekly rotation!
