- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cups grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
- 1 can artichoke hearts (quartered, 14 ounces)
- 1 can pitted black olives (whole, 6 ounces)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (good-quality)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed, about 1 lemon)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)

This is really good as is. Add some Greek seasoned grilled chicken and it’d be even better

Delicious!!!! My mother is a very picky eater so it’s hard when she comes over for dinner. Finally I found a recipe everyone enjoyed including my kids!

Made this for Thanksgiving. My wife loved it. I used super greens spaghetti instead of wheat. I also added chicken to the dish. Will definitely make this one again.

Husband loves, I use kalamato olives. Tonight mushrooms as well, cherry tomatoes out of the garden, pretty good, will make agson

I added chicken and it was delicious! I won't add red pepper flakes next time, because my kiddos thought it was too spicy. although they ate a lot!

Really good flavor! I used kalamata olives instead of black olives and added mushrooms, which were delicious! Also upped the spaghetti to 8oz and probably could have used a little bit more. Made about 3.5 servings.

It was good, a simple and easy to make meal. The proportions seemed a bit off so I just went with my gut but it turned out fine :) (used mushrooms instead of artichokes)

Absolutely loved it. Cooked the pasta in chicken broth. Added chicken and mushrooms as well as feta cheese. Will be making again.

This was super delicious but next time I will use a different pasta. The spaghetti noodles didn't grab the veggies good.

very easy to make, i added a little more lemon, but will definitely make again. Great meal to make when meal prepping!

I've made it a couple of times and really like it. Used bowtie pasta, which is not my favorite but it was the only wheat pasta I could find. Picked up some linguine noodles yesterday and will try with those. I'm enjoying these recipes!
