Delicious, took about 45 minutes to make. Served over couscous. I put at least double the lemon in the yogurt sauce. Will definitely make again.

These are awesome but I added alepo pepper and sumac to the sauce turned out amazing, also ground my own beef on a more coarse ground to give it a more kebab feel. Love how simple these were to make.

These were quite tasty. Meatballs were slightly dry, but the sauce helped. I served with a sprinkle of feta cheese and black olives. I skipped the dill due to an allergy.

This recipe is delicious, quick and very easy to make. I was amazed that the flavor was just like a Gyro, but with less fat and grease.

It was really delicious! The perfect dinner or lunch for a hot day. The mixture of cucumber, tomato, and greek yogurt created a fresh, summery flavor. It was simple but satisfying and cured my craving for Mediterranean. In the future, the only change I would make is to cut the cucumbers much smaller, the large chucks, while aesthetically pleasing, made it difficult to eat.

It didn’t turnout the way I thought it should have. The taste for the tahini sauce, and the pork meatballs the flavors were off.

Made this for the first time, I called it my Greek Taco Tuesday. It was delish and even my picky daughter thought they were awesome! I added fresh lemon zest to the meatballs and it was so tasty with the cumin. Also, instead of the pita bread, I opted out for the Foldout Fold It flatbread that is high in protein and high fiber. I cut it along the folding line and made them into “street” taco size. This is a definite repeat.

Next time I'm going to add a little balsamic vinegar and onion powder to the meatball mix for a little extra savoriness, but they taste great. Time and cost are a winner hear.

One of my 10 year old daughters favourites. We do not make into meatballs but just crumbled like taco meat. Use naan bread for wraps. It is now asked for more than tacos and healthier too.

It turned out okay. Next time we will make the meatballs smaller and use a different recipe, since they were not very flavorful. We added lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper to the veggies and they were good.

it was amazing! However, please read the recipe all the way through before shopping, not totally accurate on what you need if you choose to use the "shopping" portion. I always over purchase so I was fine. I still can't believe this tasted like a gyro without lamb! YUMMLY for sure!

The flavors are amazing in this recipe. We ended up cooking meatballs about 3 minutes longer. Broiling adds a delicious crispy outside the sauce was our favorite recipe we have ever made. Awesome!

I flattened the meatballs before baking to more represent the loaf of a gyro. I added feta cheese before serving. Yum!

Loved it! Would have been better if we added lettuce to the gyro too. Other than that it was delicious!

Exceeded my expectations! Even my picky eater kids who looked on with skepticism had to admit it was good! I added a little sour cream to the Greek yogurt and a little garlic salt to the cucumber salsa. Yum! Definitely making this again!

Excellent! Great flavors. Four stars because it took longer than 30 minutes. Next time, I will pre cut all the vegetables. Super simple recipe.
