Made some of this. Made the chips from lavash and they turned out great.
Placed them on parchment paper to bake nachos. That was a great idea. Easy cleanup and easy to transfer to a platter.
Added sautéed trumpet mushrooms which had been shredded with a fork then seasoned with cumin, sea salt and chili powder. Topped with green bell peppers and cheese
Delicious! Next time, adding salsa and guacamole
