- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. shallot (diced)
- lemon wedges (for spritzing)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 garlic cloves (finely minced or pressed)
