I enjoyed it but like another reviewer I was not aware of Aldi artichoke salad so came up with my own variation. The only thing is that the fish broke apart. It was probably something I did but the taste was very good.

This turned out fantastically! The flavor is explosive.
I had to make the artichoke salad & its dressing (all from a recipe I found online) as I didn't know I had to get a container of artichoke salad (was not familiar with it until now) and had only gotten cans of artichoke hearts. Fortunately I had most of the other ingredients I needed for the salad to make at home.
I let that chill in the fridge until I was ready to add it to the cooked fish later. I cooked the fish and added the beautiful artichoke salad to it in the pan as instructed. Added that to the lovely bed of rice. I will make this, again!
❤️❤️😋
I know white wine is best with seafood, but I enjoyed this with a red Spanish wine. Delicious! 🍷

Good! I didn’t have the artichokes, so I used some olives and onions. Added some fresh grated cheese. Yummy!

This turned out delicious! However I’m giving it five stars only because of all the modifications we made: fresh cherry tomatoes instead of sun dried, juice of one whole lemon, salt, pepper, zaatar, onion & garlic powder, dried parsley, cayenne pepper, sliced green olives, and two cups of chopped spinach. We served this with Israeli cous cous and it tasted great! Will definitely make again 👍

Went with Chilean Sea Bass, used Ghee and the fish was, “cooked to buttery perfection!” At least according to my two boys:)
