- 1 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese (if you don’t like Feta sub the Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedge like in my other recipes)
- diced mushrooms (I prefer baby bellas)
- banana pepper (rings)
- 3 olives (large, I try to use Kalamata but black or green work well too)
- baby spinach
- kale
- ground black pepper (Fresh)
- non stick spray (Olive oil)
