delicious. i doubled the recipe to take to an office party potluck and nothing was left. i did use a seaprate lemon vinaigrette recipe to give it a stronger lemon kick. i also left out the radishes and chopped some red onions as a side option for those who wanted them. super simple and refreshingly light salad

I added red onion, black olives, one garlic clove, and substituted extra virgin olive oil. Then topped with feta crumbles. It was sooooo good!

Fantastic, nice recipe, I had this one since I was a child (long longtime ago)

Easy and quick to make. I used red onion instead of radishes(couldn't find any) and it turned out delicious. I add this to a bed of spinach, add a little shredded fresh mozzarella and some sunflower seeds for a fantastic lunch!

i truly enjoyed the freshness of this salad. i topped it with hummus, pita chips, kalamata olives and falafel.

Super easy. I love the crunchy fresh sensation in my mouth. A sprinkling of sunflower seeds another dimension of flavor and crunch. Next time will try with avocado on a bed of greens.

Very good. I made a dressing of vanilla and fig balsamic, olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. Added a pinch of ground red pepper.

I copied Grandma Debbie's idea of adding onion and garlic. I didn't have onion at home so I used scallion which is very similar in taste. This tasted way better than I would have expected for something so healthy.

I added a bit more lemon juice and put 2 garlic cloves in the lemon juice for 15 min. Terrific, quick and healthy side. If you add garbanzos, it's a complete meal.

Very fresh and healthy! A bit bland. May play around with adding apple cider vinegar or italian seasoning.

Very good salad. Added some avocado to my dish and that really set it off. It will probably be better tomorrow once it marinates. Looking forward to it
