- fresh herbs (your choice chopped, I used parsley oregano and basil)
- 3/4 cup roasted peppers (chopped)
- feta cheese (cubed, as much as you like)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (approx 1 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. oregano (fried)
